The Phoenix regional location recently partnered with the Houston regional location to complete a mold machine replacement project. The Houston team was responsible for loading and transporting the new 32,180 lb. mold machine to our customer’s facility in Phoenix, AZ.
Our Phoenix team executed the task of rigging out the existing mold machine. With careful precision, the machine was rigged up and skillfully placed onto skates and pushed to the loading dock. Then using the 40/60 Versa-Lift, our team effortlessly lifted the machine from the loading dock, placed it onto an MEI truck and relocated to the back side of the building to be unloaded and staged in place. Another key point, when it comes to mold machine replacement jobs, we make sure safety is our top priority.
Once the new mold machine was delivered, the Phoenix team unloaded it from the truck and placed it in its final location inside of the customer’s facility. The collaborative efforts of our teams, along with their technical knowledge and precision, were pivotal in the project’s successful completion.
